Manage workspaces and account access

Separate clinics, review membership and configure business settings.

Use one workspace per clinic

A workspace groups its agents, numbers, contacts, knowledge, integrations and call records. Use the workspace switcher to select the intended clinic before making changes. A connection in one workspace is not automatically available to another.

In Settings → Workspaces, create or select a workspace. In Settings → Workspace → General, review its name, URL, icon and business website profile. Website-derived branding supplies defaults; inspect it before displaying the clinic's logo or colors in a widget.

Manage team access

Use Workspace → Users and Roles to review members and permissions. Invite only people who need access and use the least access needed for their work. Confirm invitations reach the correct person; an email address entered in a form is not an accepted membership.

Profile and appearance settings apply to your account. Workspace notifications, limits and integration resources belong to the selected workspace. Keep those scopes in mind when changing a setting on behalf of a client.

Authentication

Verbatik offers separate sign-in and sign-up pages. Password sign-in is primary; passwordless email is an optional path. Google and Microsoft sign-in are separate authentication options when configured. Signing in with Google or Microsoft does not connect that account's calendar or cloud documents.

If you cannot access a resource, check the active workspace and membership before recreating it. Ask the workspace owner to review permissions. Do not share another team member's password or paste signing keys into a support conversation.

Workspace deletion and ownership changes affect other team members. Review the impact and any retention/export needs before using lifecycle or danger-zone actions.
