Choose an agent template
Find a starting point and turn it into your own tested configuration.
Browse the library
Open Agents → Create an agent and use the template search or categories. The library includes receptionist, outbound sales and reactivation, appointment booking, lead qualification, customer support and after-hours, back-office tasks, debt collection, IVR and DTMF, and real-time translation use cases, alongside veterinary examples.
Choose the agent type, language and managed voice model. Template discovery is independent of language, so your starting point does not have to remain in English or Spanish.
Review the setup requirements
The selected template shows a Before going live note and any requirements. Treat a template as a draft of the conversation, not a connected service. A calendar template still needs an authorized calendar connection. A transfer template needs a permitted destination. An SMS template needs messaging capability and consent.
Before saving:
- Replace sample company, clinic, staff and product names.
- Confirm all hours, addresses, services and prices.
- Remove actions you do not offer.
- Attach real functions and knowledge sources.
- Define a fallback when a tool is unavailable or staff do not answer.
Test at least one successful path, one correction and one failure path. For translation, test both languages and escalation. For collection or outbound use, establish your applicable policy and permission requirements before enabling outreach.
Generate from prompt opens the Assistant. Describe your business task and ask it to create a draft from an appropriate template; inspect the saved result before publishing.
