Getting started

Set up your workspace

Save your business details and generate a first agent from your website.

Workspace details

After a new account signs in, onboarding collects a Workspace name, whether you are a business, agency, developer or another type of user, and your call-center team size. Use the clinic's recognizable name; each client's resources should stay in its own workspace.

The referral question is optional. You can go back to a previous step; saved progress is held on the server for your account.

Import your website

Enter your public business website when prompted. Verbatik reads the website with its server-side website data integration and uses the available source information to prepare business details, offerings and brand assets.

Review the imported information before using it. A website may have outdated hours, incomplete service descriptions or promotional claims. It cannot grant access to a booking system. Pages that require login, block automated access or contain little readable content may not produce a complete profile.

When a suitable clinic icon is available, it becomes the workspace icon and the default widget icon. Existing customer choices take precedence. Review your logo, colors and offerings in the workspace's website profile settings; widget branding can also be customized separately.

Choose a goal and review

Choose what the agent should do on calls, or describe another goal. The builder prepares a draft. Review its prompt, welcome message, facts and website sources before completing setup. The draft is not automatically published and no phone call is placed.

You can Skip the website step or Skip agent setup and configure these resources later. If generation fails, retry the failed step and check the displayed error before creating another agent.
