Integrations

Booksy

Connect Booksy, obtain the required access and configure permitted actions.

Before you start

Connect the account belonging to this business and workspace. Vendor subscriptions, API limits and role permissions still apply.

API: Booksy partner scheduling API (access required)

Authentication: Vendor-issued partner credentials; exact contract pending approval

Get access and connect

  1. Contact Booksy Business and request an approved integration for a voice receptionist.
  2. Ask for the partner developer agreement, current API documentation, test business/sandbox and credential issuance instructions.
  3. Request service/staff listing, real-time availability, appointment create/reschedule/cancel and reminder/webhook permissions.
  4. Give the approved API specification and sandbox access to Verbatik support before activation. A consumer booking URL is insufficient.

Account requirements

  • Written Booksy partner API approval
  • Vendor documentation and sandbox
  • Business authorization
  • No callable adapter is enabled until the contract is available

Permissions

  • To be confirmed by Booksy: staff/services, availability and appointment writes

Grant the subset needed for the actions you enable. API scopes do not override the connected user’s record permissions or vendor validation rules.

Available actions

No live actions can be added until vendor-approved access and the contract have been validated.

Verify before going live

Run Test connection and one read action against a known permitted record. Then test each intended write in an authorized sandbox. Check the provider’s own record and the Verbatik receipt. Publish the agent after assigning its tools. If a write has an unknown outcome, reconcile it with the vendor before trying again.
