Flows and campaigns
Choose a Flow template
Start with fifteen workflows, then configure each agent, sender and rule.
Flow templates are editable drafts. They do not come with permission to call or text a contact, a connected sender, or a booking-system connection. Complete the setup checklist in each template before publishing.
| Template | Starting purpose | Review before launch |
|---|---|---|
| Website lead: call in 10 seconds | Follow up on a requested website inquiry | Source filter, consent, calling hours and busy/SMS branch |
| Veterinary inquiry follow-up | Help a pet owner after an inquiry | Clinic facts, approved urgent-care route and booking tools |
| Recover a missed call | Return a missed inquiry | Trigger source, duplicate suppression and callback identity |
| After-hours inquiry handoff | Capture requests outside opening hours | Timezone, emergency instructions and staff follow-up |
| No answer: one controlled retry | Offer one later attempt | Retry delay, limits and inbound-callback stop behavior |
| Appointment confirmation request | Ask for attendance confirmation | Reliable appointment source and confirmation result |
| Appointment reminder with reply handling | Remind and handle the response | Appointment time, sender, opt-in and staff escalation |
| No-show rescheduling outreach | Offer a new appointment after a no-show | Correct event trigger and real availability tools |
| Quote and estimate follow-up | Discuss a requested quote | Approved amount/details and scope of the offer |
| Qualify a new service lead | Collect agreed qualification details | Required questions and the approved CRM write |
| Reconnect with an opted-in customer | Follow up with a permitted customer | Current permission, purpose and suppression |
| Veterinary refill request follow-up | Gather a refill request for review | Staff approval path; no unsupported prescription promise |
| Welcome a requested referral | Contact a referred person who requested it | Consent evidence, source and referral identity |
| Preferred-language follow-up | Follow up in the customer’s language | Contact language, agent support and fallback language |
| Stop outreach when the lead calls back | End follow-up after inbound contact | Matching callback event and enrollment/re-entry rules |
Adapt a template
Choose the published voice agent on each call step and provide the exact task. Select a verified source number and an SMS sender where used. Replace clinic facts, callback number and message wording. Adjust the IANA timezone and calling window; do not leave UTC just because it is the starter value.
Review every outcome branch and the end labels. Use Test flow → Run simulation with a representative contact before publishing. Simulations test workflow decisions, not a live booking, call or text.
Keep separate Flows for materially different consent purposes or audiences. Tags are useful for segmentation, but a tag is not proof of permission. See Build a Deploy Flow for run state and recovery behavior.
