Integrations

Medatixx

Connect Medatixx, obtain the required access and configure permitted actions.

Before you start

Connect the account belonging to this business and workspace. Vendor subscriptions, API limits and role permissions still apply.

API: Medatixx-approved practice-system scheduling/patient interface

Authentication: Interface-specific vendor credentials, to be established with Medatixx

Get access and connect

  1. Contact Medatixx with the exact practice system name, version and hosting arrangement.
  2. Request the supported appointment/patient integration interface, partner requirements, schema and test environment.
  3. Confirm whether a certified local connector or clinic-side component is required and obtain deployment/security documentation.
  4. Provide the approved interface specification to Verbatik support for implementation and sandbox verification. No generic REST endpoint is assumed.

Account requirements

  • Vendor approval for the particular Medatixx practice product
  • Documented interface and sandbox/test installation
  • Clinic authorization and any required certified connector

Permissions

  • To be agreed with Medatixx: practitioner availability, appointment management and patient data

Grant the subset needed for the actions you enable. API scopes do not override the connected user’s record permissions or vendor validation rules.

Available actions

No live actions can be added until vendor-approved access and the contract have been validated.

Verify before going live

Run Test connection and one read action against a known permitted record. Then test each intended write in an authorized sandbox. Check the provider’s own record and the Verbatik receipt. Publish the agent after assigning its tools. If a write has an unknown outcome, reconcile it with the vendor before trying again.
