Fix sign-in and workspace access
Resolve verification, expired links, sign-in methods and missing workspace resources.
Start with the correct dashboard
Open dashboard.verbatik.com/sign-in directly. The documentation and widget sites do not provide a separate dashboard login. Sign in with the method used for your account: password, an email link, Google or Microsoft.
| Symptom | What to check |
|---|---|
| Email is not verified | Open the verification message, including spam or junk folders, before trying password sign-in again. |
| Link expired or already used | Request a new email link or password-reset link through the sign-in flow. Use the latest message. |
| Email linked to another method | Use the original Google/Microsoft/password method, or the password-reset option where offered. Creating another account is not a workspace migration. |
| Password rejected | Check the email address and use Forgot password rather than sharing a colleague's account. |
| Google or Microsoft sign-in cannot complete | Save the displayed error. An unavailable OAuth configuration requires Verbatik support; do not change your clinic's calendar credentials to fix dashboard login. |
An agent or clinic seems to be missing
- Open the workspace switcher and select the intended clinic.
- Check Settings → Workspace → Users with the workspace owner.
- Confirm you accepted the invitation using the invited email address.
- Ask the owner to review your role if you can view resources but cannot save them.
Resources and connections belong to a workspace. Signing into a different email or selecting a different workspace can show a different set of agents, contacts and integrations. Do not recreate a clinic's setup until the membership and selected workspace are confirmed.
“Cross-origin mutations are not allowed”
Use the live dashboard URL, refresh the page and repeat the intended action there. A dashboard tab loaded from a local file, an old development hostname or an embedded third-party page is not the correct place to submit dashboard changes. If the error still occurs on the live dashboard, provide the page URL, approximate time and action name to support. Never disable browser security or expose a secret to work around it.
Frequently asked questions
Does Google sign-in connect my calendar? No. Sign-in proves your identity; calendar access is a separate customer-owned integration.
Will signing out delete my workspace? No. A session change is different from a workspace lifecycle action.
