Facebook lead webhook
Verify Meta notifications and import leads before an authorized follow-up flow.
First connect Facebook Lead Ads using your Page account, approved app permissions and the saved Verbatik connection.
Configure Meta
Use the saved workspace ID and connection ID in this callback:
https://dashboard.verbatik.com/api/verbatik/WORKSPACE_ID/apps/CONNECTION_ID/facebook-leads- Enter the authorized Page access token, Page ID, Meta app secret and a private verification token in the connection.
- Add the callback in your Meta developer app’s Page webhook settings. Use the same verification token for the GET challenge.
- Subscribe the app to the Page’s
leadgenfield and run Subscribe Page in Verbatik. - Submit a test lead using Meta’s testing tools. Check the contact fields and form/Page IDs in your workspace.
POST notifications are checked using X-Hub-Signature-256, HMAC-SHA256 over the original request body and your Meta app secret. The saved Page/form filters are checked before fetching lead data.
Add calling separately
Importing a lead does not immediately launch a call or send a text. Imported contacts have unknown consent. Record the required calling and texting permissions, then use an explicit published Flow or campaign with the correct agent, timing and stop rules. A form submission alone does not automatically establish consent for every outreach channel.
