# Microsoft OneDrive

Connect Microsoft OneDrive, obtain the required access and configure permitted actions.

The API adapter is implemented. Validate your own account and authorized actions before routing production calls.

## Before you start

Connect the account belonging to this business and workspace. Vendor subscriptions, API limits and role permissions still apply.

**API:** Microsoft Graph v1.0 Drive files

**Authentication:** Microsoft delegated OAuth with offline refresh

## Get access and connect

1. Open Integrations → Microsoft OneDrive and select Connect.
2. Authorize your Microsoft account for read-only file access. Your tenant may require administrator consent.
3. Choose a destination knowledge base and select supported files. Search can find documents outside the drive root.
4. Run a sync and inspect imported source content before assigning the knowledge base to a published agent.

## Account requirements

- Your account must be authorized to read the selected business resources. Your organization may require administrator consent.

## Permissions

- `Files.Read`
- `offline_access`
- `User.Read`

Grant the subset needed for the actions you enable. API scopes do not override the connected user’s record permissions or vendor validation rules.


## Available actions

Read-only document search, resource selection and knowledge-base synchronization. This source does not expose CRM or appointment writes.

## Provider-specific behavior

Supported selected files include text, Markdown, CSV, JSON, PDF, DOCX and bounded plain-value XLSX workbooks. Removed or inaccessible selected files are archived during sync.

## Verify before going live

Run Test connection and one read action against a known permitted record. Then test each intended write in an authorized sandbox. Check the provider’s own record and the Verbatik receipt. Publish the agent after assigning its tools. If a write has an unknown outcome, reconcile it with the vendor before trying again.
