# Doctoranytime

Connect Doctoranytime, obtain the required access and configure permitted actions.

## Before you start

Connect the account belonging to this business and workspace. Vendor subscriptions, API limits and role permissions still apply.

**API:** Doctoranytime partner scheduling API (contract required)

**Authentication:** Vendor-approved partner authentication, exact method pending documentation

## Get access and connect

1. Contact Doctoranytime in the clinic's market and request a partner API integration for appointment management.
2. Ask for the current API specification, sandbox, credential issuance, practitioner/service mapping and webhook support.
3. Obtain authorization for real-time availability and booking/rescheduling/cancellation for the clinic.
4. Provide the approved specification and test access privately to Verbatik support before activation.

## Account requirements

- Doctoranytime-approved partner contract
- Sandbox API documentation and credentials
- Clinic authorization
- Consumer website access alone is insufficient

## Permissions

- `To be confirmed: practitioners/services, availability and appointment read/write`

Grant the subset needed for the actions you enable. API scopes do not override the connected user’s record permissions or vendor validation rules.


## Available actions

No live actions can be added until vendor-approved access and the contract have been validated.


## Verify before going live

Run Test connection and one read action against a known permitted record. Then test each intended write in an authorized sandbox. Check the provider’s own record and the Verbatik receipt. Publish the agent after assigning its tools. If a write has an unknown outcome, reconcile it with the vendor before trying again.
