# Denticon

Connect Denticon, obtain the required access and configure permitted actions.

> **Partner access required.** No callable operations are enabled for this entry. Contact the vendor for an approved API contract and sandbox, then ask Verbatik support to validate the connection before planning live automation.

## Before you start

Connect the account belonging to this business and workspace. Vendor subscriptions, API limits and role permissions still apply.

**API:** Planet DDS Denticon partner API

**Authentication:** Vendor-approved API credentials and clinic authorization

## Get access and connect

1. Apply through Planet DDS's partner program and request Denticon API access.
2. Ask for the developer portal, current scheduling/patient API specification and a sandbox practice.
3. Request patient read/create/update, provider availability, appointment writes and event webhook permissions.
4. Provide the approved specification and sandbox credentials privately to Verbatik support. The connector remains gated until those contracts can be validated.

## Account requirements

- Planet DDS partner approval
- Denticon developer portal/sandbox
- Practice/DSO authorization and permissions
- Validated partner contract before activation

## Permissions

- `To be assigned by Planet DDS: patient data, providers, schedules and appointment read/write`

Grant the subset needed for the actions you enable. API scopes do not override the connected user’s record permissions or vendor validation rules.


## Available actions

No live actions can be added until vendor-approved access and the contract have been validated.


## Verify before going live

Run Test connection and one read action against a known permitted record. Then test each intended write in an authorized sandbox. Check the provider’s own record and the Verbatik receipt. Publish the agent after assigning its tools. If a write has an unknown outcome, reconcile it with the vendor before trying again.
