# Build with the Assistant

Use workspace-aware tools to create and revise actual drafts.

## What the Assistant can do
The workspace **Assistant** can inspect saved agents, templates, approved business information, knowledge bases and integration metadata. It can create or edit agent drafts, create reviewed-text knowledge bases, attach approved tools from a tested connection, and prepare Deploy Flow drafts.

It can inspect recent calls and call transcripts when you ask it to analyze or debug them. Access stays scoped to the selected workspace; redacted calls do not expose their transcript.

## Ask for a concrete result
Try:
```text
Create a draft veterinary receptionist in this workspace.
Use our saved business profile and approved knowledge base.
Collect appointment requests and escalate emergencies to our team.
Do not promise a confirmed booking without a connected booking tool.
Show me what was saved and what I still need to configure.
```

Select a chat model from the model control. Mistral, OpenAI and Gemini choices appear when the corresponding server connection is available. This selection is independent of the agent's voice model.

## Review the saved resource
Look for the result card and open the referenced draft. Check the prompt, welcome message, actual tool bindings, language and failure paths. A successful save receipt identifies a real resource; a suggestion in a chat message is not evidence that anything changed.

The Assistant's draft tools do not publish, activate a Flow, buy a number, change carrier routing, place a call or execute the integration functions it attaches. Complete those reviewed setup steps separately.

If a request fails, retain the displayed error and the intended operation. Check whether the resource was saved before repeating it. Never paste integration passwords or API secrets into Assistant chat.
